i never could have imagined how much more comes along with #2! twice the amount of attention needed, twice the amount of food, naps, and stuff when we want to go somewhere!
BUT....it's awesome! olive is this amazing little person that i just love so much! she is FULL of energy, just like her big brother, and she is so funny. when she gets excited she screams...LOUD! it's halarious! she is a very content baby though, and it doesn't take a lot to make her happy. she loves ender, and he is starting to love her, too.
she is sitting up so well on her own, and she even looked like she was trying to scoot on her belly yesterday (not close to crawling yet, but we're working on it!) she loves veggies and likes fruit ok (i think that's pretty strange, but ok!) and she loves baby oatmeal. she is growing a lot (at least 1 1/2 lbs in the past 5 weeks).
for halloween she is going to be tinkerbell and ender is going to be peter pan...we've been watching peter pan with him trying to get him excited about it (he loves it!) i am making his costume (which is funny b/c i can't sew...so we'll see how it goes!) i bought tights, a big tshirt and cut it like peter pan's and i am making a hat (haha...not much of a hat yet ;) olive is wearing the tutu and wings from the pictures with a green onesie...that ones' easier!

i am back at work as of tues, and it's been good...it's hard to leave the kiddos, but they are blessed with amazing grandparents to watch them!

Your kids are adorable! Olive is just too precious.
ReplyDeleteThe kids are so cute. It does get alot easier with #2. I do try to get all my errands done while Tanner is at Mothers Day Out. Cute pictures.
ReplyDeleteLove the update! Thanks for the warning that 2 is definitely more challenging to juggle. :-)
ReplyDeleteYour two are so cute. Your family pictures are gorgeous, but I love the one of the two kids looking at each other in the jumpy-saucer thing. So fun!
